For the LOVE of Muscles
Learning all the muscles in the body is not an easy task; there are more than 600 of them, and they are all in Latin. But as movement professionals, we know we need to know muscles to teach movement.
I find that it’s easier to learn muscles in a context – one that makes sense to what you’re doing.
So, I’ve put together a 5-day muscle challenge for movement professionals in the context of yoga asana. I call the challenge: For the Love of Muscles, and I promise you by the end of the five days, you’re going to love muscles!
Whether you need a refresher and already have a good base of muscle knowledge, or you’re just starting, there’s something here for you.

Q. How much time do I need to allocate to participate?
A. Each part of the challenge will take just a few minutes to get through. In the true nature of a challenge, we’ll be taking a quick and deep focus on muscles. You may, however, decide to dig deeper.
