What an Incredible Summit! I was lost in my yoga teaching, feeling sad after losing the desire to teach—my life’s work. I knew I needed to move beyond stretching and focus on strength to support mobility.
Gina said it best—time to cross-train and find a mentor. I don’t know exactly what I’ll add yet, but I know I need to evolve. This Summit was an inspiration—so is Gina!
